State Name: West bengal
West Bengal is the state in the eastern part of India known as the fourth most populous state. It is bounded by Assam, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Bihar of the Indian states and also by Bangladesh and Nepal.
A breeding ground of the Indian independence movement through the early 20th century, Bengal was alienated in 1947 along religious lines into two isolated entities, West Bengal—an Indian state, and East Bengal, at that time a part of the new nation of Pakistan which later became current-day Bangladesh. Subsequent to India's independence in 1947, West Bengal's monetary and opinionated systems were under enemy control for many decades by collectivism, Naxalite movements and trade unionism.
